CREDIT Our customers are offered a wide variety of payment options including credit card, cash, cashier’s check, money order, certified check, business check, wire transfer, Zelle, or ACH. Customers with approved credit are eligible for standard factored payment terms of 30 days. Credit card payments require completion of a credit card authorization form and may be subject to a 3.5% Credit Card processing fee. Returned payments or credit card charge backs will incur a $50 return payment fee per individual transaction. DELIVERY Cotton Heritage will ship merchandise as specified by our customers. Local customers are invited to contact our customer service team to coordinate same day pickup for orders placed by 3:00pm local warehouse time. Daily hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm local time. GARMENT SPECS Cotton Heritage may make periodic adjustments to garment specs to accommodate trends or changes happening in the market. Though every opportunity is taken to ship on a “first in, first out” basis, current inventory may include garments with prior specs. ORDER CONFIRMATION All orders are confirmed with an order confirmation either electronically or via email depending on order entry method. Any corrections needed must be advised within 30 minutes of placing the order. Any returns or exchanges due to order entry errors will result in a restocking fee. PRIVATE LABEL & CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT Our Cotton Heritage team will assist you in developing product for your own brand and label. Minimums vary based upon fabrication. RETURNS Complete customer satisfaction is our primary goal at Cotton Heritage. Any customer not completely satisfied with their purchase should contact a member of our customer service team to coordinate a return and receive a Return Authorization Number. Any product claim needs to be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Buyers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect all merchandise before washing, printing or otherwise embellishing product. Cotton Heritage cannot accept garments that have been altered in any way or form. Returned goods may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Closeout items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange SHIPPING Most in-stock credit approved orders are shipped the same day when placed by 3:00pm local warehouse time. All orders are shipped FOB Cotton Heritage Warehouse. Please consult your customer service representative for shipment date confirmation. WHOLESALE ACCOUNT QUALIFICATIONS Cotton Heritage is a wholesale based company manufacturing premium blanks for the apparel decorating, imprintables, embroidery and promotional markets. We sell primarily to companies that embellish for resale to their customers. Customers are requested to not resell any Cotton Heritage product to any person or entity, unless the garments are modified by printing, embellishing apparel, or decorating so as to clearly distinguish them from Cotton Heritage’s apparel product line.
