License frames: you must note 2 or 4 hole configuration. Imprint location, provide artwork, or sketch, or written instructions. Repeat orders, give previous order information. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 - 48 hours it means we did not receive the order. LICENSE FRAME HOLE CONFIGURATION: Unless otherwise noted, all plastic license plate frame orders will be produced with 4 holes. Metal license plate frames will have top holes only. It’s your responsibility to note otherwise. ARTWORK & PROOFS: We accept only vector art in Adobe Illustrator. Art must be saved as EPS, AI or PDF file with all fonts outlined and color separated. Business cards, or fax copies, physical samples, photos, are not accepted as artwork. Art charge may apply if proper art is not supplied – please contact factory for more information. MSL Line reserves the right to change or modify accordingly any artwork. Digital proof is available by e-mail. First proof is free with the order; additional proof is $10.00 each. FIT/COVERAGE INFORMATION: MSL Line is NOT responsible for any fit or coverage problems. It is your responsibility to ensure the license frame selected is correct and meets your state specific requirements. TERMS & CONDITIONS: New Distributors: Prepayment required prior to any production. A completed Credit Application is required to establish credit terms after multiple orders have been submitted. Gardena, CA 90248 SPLIT/DROP SHIPMENTS: Split shipment charge $25(z). Minimum is 2,000 split in 1,000 units. Second half must be shipped within 6 months or you will be billed corrected (higher) pricing. We will contact you, before shipping second half of order. Split Destination, add $5.00(z) per destination, plus applicable shipping charges. No charge for Drop Shipments. CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES: You are responsible for any and all production costs at the time of any cancellation and or changes to your order. All cancellations or changes, MUST be confirmed in writing. RUSH ORDERS: We make every effort to meet shipping dates. If your customer needs Quick Shipping, call factory for details, as there may be additional charges. INACTIVE DIES & ARTWORK All dies and artwork are the possession of MSL Line, and will remain in our active status for a period of 3 years, after which, all inactive dies and artwork will be discarded. SHIPPING CLAIMS: All claims for loss, damage (concealed or otherwise), must be filed with the delivering carrier, as all shipments leave our factory in good condition. Check shipment upon arrival. Check order for any errors in manufacturing and notify MSL Line immediately. Factory cannot be held responsible for any manufacturing errors after 30 days from receipt of order. No returned product will be accepted without prior return authorization. No returns and/or claims will be given after 30 days from receipt of order. Return freight charges must be Prepaid.
