It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their order has been received. GENERAL INFORMATION: All medals are furnished without attachments as a standard. Minimum order charge on all items except stock medals is $80.00 (A). No returns or credits are permitted without authorization by Catania Medallic Specialty, Inc. All tooling and molds are the property of Catania Medallic Specialty, Inc. and are not invoiced. All products (except embroidered patches) are measured from the two longest points. Catania Medallic Specialty, Inc. cannot guarantee the return or condition of any samples submitted by customers. PAYMENT TERMS: New customers are required to complete the Assignment of Credit Card Number Form which will be kept on file. First time orders require prepayment which can be made by check, Visa, Master Card, or Discover. We will require a 50% down payment and the remainder plus shipping charges will be billed when the order is shipped. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all past due account balances. NET 30: To establish Net 30 Terms, our credit application must be submitted for approval. CREDIT CARDS: Payments made by credit card after 30 days terms will automatically incur a 2% fee charge. Medals shipping to California or Minnesota, as well as those intended for children 12 years of age and under, must be lead-free. WARRANTY: Catania Medallic Specialty, Inc. guarantees that all products have been inspected for quality before leaving the factory.
