It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their order has been received. GENERAL INFORMATION: All medals are furnished without attachments as a standard. Minimum order charge on all items except stock medals is $80.00 (A). No returns or credits are permitted without authorization by Catania Medallic Specialty, Inc. All tooling and molds are the property of Catania Medallic Specialty, Inc. and are not invoiced. All products (except embroidered patches) are measured from the two longest points. Catania Medallic Specialty, Inc. cannot guarantee the return or condition of any samples submitted by customers. PAYMENT TERMS: New customers are required to complete the Credit Card Form which will be kept on file. First time orders require a 50% down payment. The remainder plus shipping charges will be billed when the order is shipped. All Credit Card customers are billed at the time of shipment. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all past due account balances. NET 30: To establish Net 30 Terms, our credit application must be submitted for approval. CREDIT CARDS: Payments made by credit card after 10 days will automatically incur a 1.5% fee charge. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and AMEX. NSF CHECKS: Checks returned due to Non Sufficient Funds will be billed a $50.00 fee (A). CANCELLATION CHARGES: Orders that are cancelled will be charged a minimum $50.00 (A) fee in addition to charges for all work done to date of cancellation. PRODUCTION: NEW ORDERS: 4-5 weeks plus delivery. Artwork for all orders must be approved within three days of receipt. Any delay in approving art may result in your order not shipping as scheduled, and rush charges and/or expedited shipping may be applied. Rush charges below are for spin cast items only. Delivery is approximately 3 weeks, call for quote. FINISHES: Standard spin cast finishes are antique gold, antique silver, and antique bronze. Other finishes are available upon request. Please call for quote. Spin cast, zinc, single-faced medals may have a fine texture on back side. Please advise the factory if you are engraving. ARTWORK CHARGES: $100.00/ per side (A) includes up to 2 free revisions. After the 2nd revision, a fee may be applied. *If you are furnishing artwork for an order, it must be vector art with all fonts converted to outlines or curves. Auto traced images are NOT acceptable. *If available, please provide artwork with PMS colors. If submitting any artwork that is not vector, art fees will apply to convert to vector format. SPECIAL TOOLING SPIN CAST: 1) Photo Image Processing. We can take your digital photo and cast that image into a medal. Add to art charges---------$100.00 (A) 2) Cut out of 3-D figure from a sample medal or use of a stock figure added to new design. One time tooling charge -- $40.00 (A) Add $0.10 flat rate per piece finishing charge (A) for polishing. 3) Date change on artwork or existing pattern. Tooling charge ------------$50.00 (A) 4) Patterns made in error due to customer’s change in design. Charge per pattern --------$50.00 (A) SHIPPING & HANDLING: All items are F.O.B. Avon Lake, OH and will be shipped by contract shipping carrier. Shipments will be prepaid and the freight will be added to the invoice. If credit terms are not established by date of shipping, your order may be delayed until payment has been received. Catania Medallic Specialty, Inc. assumes no responsibility of damages due to carrier handling. Shipments that have split ship dates or destinations will be subject up to a $20.00 charge per date or destination. Due to the custom manufacturing process of your order, standard delivery times as noted in catalog may have to be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances. Expedited shipping may be needed to meet your event date. DISCLAIMER: The factory assumes that the purchaser has permission for use of all logos and designs to be used on their products. The purchaser agrees to assume all liabilities for actions taken against factory for patent or copyright infringements. The factory will bear no liability for infringements. We the factory, reserve the right to use images of products we produce for advertising and display purposes unless specified in writing by customer at the time the order is placed. MATERIALS: Catania Medallic Specialty offer 6 different material options: lead alloy, zinc, brass, copper, iron, and aluminum. Medals shipping to California or Minnesota, as well as those intended for children 12 years of age and under, must be lead-free. WARRANTY: Catania Medallic Specialty, Inc. guarantees that all products have been inspected for quality before leaving the factory.
