Instead of selecting filters manually, just type like you talk, and AI fills in the rest. Describe what you’re looking for, like you would ask someone. Looking for ideas to pitch to your clients? Give the Idea Wizard your prompt with as much detail as you’d like to provide, and it will generate a list of ideas to help you find the perfect product for your customer’s event or promotion. Once you’ve found inspiration from the list of ideas, you can customize the search with the criteria and filters you’re already familiar with to narrow it down and find the perfect selection for your client. Whether you need a quick overview or a personalized pitch, the Wizard streamlines the process, allowing you to focus on closing deals. • Navigate to the “Projects” tab in the left navigation menu. • Open your desired project and click “Presentations” at the top. • Select “Presentation Wizard” at the bottom of the screen. • Choose “Presentations” in the menu at the top. • Select “New” and click “Presentation Wizard.” • Click “Clients” in the main menu on the left • Select the company name and then click “Presentations” at the top. • Choose “Presentation Wizard” in the top right.
How to Use the Presentation Wizard 1. Name Your Presentation: Provide a descriptive name for your presentation. 2. Select Your Client: Choose the client from the dropdown menu. The primary contact will automatically populate. 3. Associate with a Project (Optional): 4. Describe the Event: Enter a brief description of the event or promotion. you can also specify the product quantity and price range here. 5. Choose a Template: Select a presentation template (if applicable). 6. Set Product Quantity: Choose the number of product ideas to include (up to 25). 7. Preferred Suppliers (Optional): Click the dropdown under “Preference Groups” to limit results by any combination of your preference groups. 8. Generate Your Presentation: Click the button to let the AI create your presentation. • To change the contact, select their name from the dropdown. • To add a new client, click “New” and enter their information. This will also create a new CRM record. • Select an existing project from the dropdown • Check “add products to project” to add the products to the project product tab.

Lifestyle Images use the power of AI to place your client’s branded merchandise into realworld settings instantly. Instead of showing a standalone product, you show it in context, like on a person, at an event, in the office, etc. This helps clients visualize how their merch will look and feel in the real world. Add products to your presentation. Click Items in the left side navigation of your Presentation. Next, tag the products you want lifestyle images for. Click the Create Lifestyle Images button in the top-right corner. AI generates a contextual scene featuring the branded product. To view the images, click on each product.

Smart Eraser SAGE Design Studio puts advanced AI tools at your fingertips, making it easier than ever to create, edit, and elevate branded visuals in seconds. From removing logos to generating lifestyle scenes, AI helps you produce polished mockups without the need for complex design work. Smart Eraser uses SAGE AI technology to instantly eliminate an existing logo. Quickly remove a supplier’s logo or placeholder branding so you can add your client’s mark and create a clean, professional mockup. In the SAGE Design Studio, click the Erase Sample Logo option at the top of the menu on the left side of the screen. Smart Eraser will already be highlighted in the Context Panel, so simply click “Apply”. This activates the Smart Eraser and removes the logo automatically.

How to use AI Image Generation: • In the SAGE Design Studio, click Add Logo in the left navigation. • Enter a descriptive prompt and choose the size of image you would like. • Click Generate Image. • After it has generated an image, click Use Image to add to your product. • Skew or curve as needed for realism.

Generating and customizing the written copy in the project and presentation modules is now easier than ever. Following are examples of how this tool can be used for everything from your introduction paragraph to the product descriptions that AI technology can write, enhance, edit, and translate. Content Writing Generate, Edit, Enhance, and Translate with Ease
If your client is a large firm such as Netflix, the tool will already know quite a bit about the company and will consider that information while writing the content. You can also add additional information about your client in the SAGE CRM, and the AI will also consider that. This content is sometimes perfect and sometimes needs to be adjusted. It makes an excellent first draft to use as a starting point before making any changes you want. If you don’t like the first thing you see, try again! This feature uses generative AI, the same as ChatGPT, meaning if you hit the button again, you get a different output than before. The AI can generate an introduction paragraph by pulling from the presentation information you’ve entered. The more details you give, the more specific the AI can be. In this example, the client is Netflix, and the presentation is meant to showcase products they may want to purchase for an upcoming company party.
Product descriptions can vary wildly across suppliers, but you want consistency in writing for your presentation! The Enhance feature allows you to quickly get more out of the existing descriptions by expanding on their ideas, adding more detail, making them more concise, or even translating the description to-or-from Canadian French, English, and Spanish. “Enhance” Button
