How to Use the Presentation Wizard 1. Name Your Presentation: Provide a descriptive name for your presentation. 2. Select Your Client: Choose the client from the dropdown menu. The primary contact will automatically populate. 3. Associate with a Project (Optional): 4. Describe the Event: Enter a brief description of the event or promotion. you can also specify the product quantity and price range here. 5. Choose a Template: Select a presentation template (if applicable). 6. Set Product Quantity: Choose the number of product ideas to include (up to 25). 7. Preferred Suppliers (Optional): Click the dropdown under “Preference Groups” to limit results by any combination of your preference groups. 8. Generate Your Presentation: Click the button to let the AI create your presentation. • To change the contact, select their name from the dropdown. • To add a new client, click “New” and enter their information. This will also create a new CRM record. • Select an existing project from the dropdown • Check “add products to project” to add the products to the project product tab.

Add products to your presentation. Click Items in the left side navigation of your Presentation. Next, tag the products you want lifestyle images for. Click the Create Lifestyle Images button in the top-right corner. AI generates a contextual scene featuring the branded product. To view the images, click on each product.

Smart Eraser uses SAGE AI technology to instantly eliminate an existing logo. Quickly remove a supplier’s logo or placeholder branding so you can add your client’s mark and create a clean, professional mockup. In the SAGE Design Studio, click the Erase Sample Logo option at the top of the menu on the left side of the screen. Smart Eraser will already be highlighted in the Context Panel, so simply click “Apply”. This activates the Smart Eraser and removes the logo automatically.

Generating and customizing the written copy in the project and presentation modules is now easier than ever. Following are examples of how this tool can be used for everything from your introduction paragraph to the product descriptions that AI technology can write, enhance, edit, and translate. Content Writing Generate, Edit, Enhance, and Translate with Ease

If your client is a large firm such as Netflix, the tool will already know quite a bit about the company and will consider that information while writing the content. You can also add additional information about your client in the SAGE CRM, and the AI will also consider that. This content is sometimes perfect and sometimes needs to be adjusted. It makes an excellent first draft to use as a starting point before making any changes you want. If you don’t like the first thing you see, try again! This feature uses generative AI, the same as ChatGPT, meaning if you hit the button again, you get a different output than before. Product descriptions can vary wildly across suppliers, but you want consistency in writing for your presentation!
