SAGE Supplier Center Performance & Stats Guide
Welcome Ready to turn numbers into know-how? Whether it’s profile views, product engagement, or ad performance, the stats inside the SAGE Supplier Center help tell the story of how everything is going. This step-by-step guide walks through where to find those insights, what they mean, and how to make the most of the tools available—no guesswork required.
The Performance & Stats Tab To get started, let’s first navigate to the Performance and Stats tab on the left-hand side of the screen. This will bring us to the Overview page, which will give you an at-a-glance look at all the most essential stats from your most popular products to your rating summary and your advertising performance. On the right-hand side of the screen, you’ll notice a date range—clicking on this will bring up a calendar where you can view your stats over a certain period of time. You can choose Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month, Last Year, or even a Custom Range if you’d like to see how you did on a specific day, week, or year. We’ll keep our stats for this guide at This Month. Overview Tab The first graph on the page is your Company Totals graph. This will show you how your company is doing on SAGE Workplace, SAGE Websites, and emails, as well as how many orders you’ve had throughout a specific timeframe. Here’s what each category means: Profile Views: This shows how many distributors viewed your profile within SAGE Workplace™. Website Clicks: This is how many clicks your website received in SAGE Workplace. Email Clicks: This is how many clicks your email got in SAGE Workplace. Orders Received: This is how many total orders were placed with you via SAGE Order Management. You can hover over each date in the graph to see a breakdown of each category on any given day of the timeframe you’ve chosen. The blue box next to the graph shows a numerical breakdown of the totals. It’s important to note that this only accounts for the number of orders you’ve received in the SAGE Order Management Module. Next is your Product Totals graph. This shows how your products are doing within SAGE Workplace and SAGE Websites. Just like the previous graph, you can hover over the dates to see a breakdown of each category as well as how many products were added to order forms on any given day of the timeframe you’ve chosen. The green box next to the graph shows a numerical breakdown of the totals. Next is your Advertising Performance, which shows a quick at-a-glance look at how each of your advertisements are doing. This includes how many display views, search views, enhanced views, clicks, and engagement you’ve accumulated over your selected period of time. The Rating Summary is where you’ll see your average company ratings from distributors and the number of ratings you have. As we continue down the page, we come to your Most Popular Products. These are your most popular products within SAGE Workplace. The Rank in Category is where you rank in product categories based on the average views per product. Last, but not least, we have Product Engagement. This shows which of your products is used the most in presentations, projects, orders, and more. Now, let’s take a deep dive into these stats!
My Products The My Products tab will show you a list of all your products within the SAGE database. This shows you how your products are performing and how much engagement they get across SAGE Workplace over your selected time frame. (Remember, you can adjust your timeframe by clicking the box in the top righthand corner) When it comes to viewing your products, you have a couple of different options. You can either search for a specific product to see how it’s doing, or you can filter by clicking on each of the categories. Let’s dive into those categories now. Distributor Views: How many times distributors viewed your products. In Projects: How many of your products have been used in distributors’ projects via the Project Management Module. In Presentations: This shows how many of your products have been added to distributors’ presentations. In Orders: How many of your products have been added to a SAGE order form. In File Center: The number of products that have been saved to distributors’ favorites files. End Buyer Views: This shows how many end buyers viewed your products within distributors’ SAGE Websites. You can export this report to an Excel spreadsheet by clicking the Export button at the top right-hand corner of the page.
My Advertisements The My Advertisements tab shows you how each of your advertisements is doing within SAGE Workplace over your chosen timeframe. You can search for an ad or filter by Ad ID, Name, Ad Type, or any of the following categories. Display Views: This shows the total number of views your display ad got over your selected period of time. Search Views: This is the total number of views your search results advertisement got over a period of time. Enhanced Views: This shows how many distributors engaged with your ad to see what’s behind it or to enlarge it. Clicks: This is the click-through engagement to the detailed product page or resource. Engagement: This is the grand total of Enhanced Views and Clicks. You can export this report to an Excel spreadsheet. Global Last, but certainly not least, is the Global stats tab. This tab shows you how the overall industry is doing over your selected timeframe. Let’s break down these categories: Global Distributor Searches: This is how many searches are done per day over your selected timeframe in SAGE Workplace. Global End Buyer Searches: This is the number of searches that end buyers do on SAGE Websites. Most Popular Categories: These are the top promotional product categories searched for over a specific time period. Most Popular Suppliers: These are the most viewed suppliers within the SAGE database. Most Popular Products: And these are the top viewed products within SAGE Workplace over your selected time frame.
