Thankfu Thanksgiving Hold on, because we’re about to tackle two Thanksgivings in one! Canadian Thanksgiving and American Thanksgiving. Canadian Thanksgiving is celebrated on the second Monday in October, while American Thanksgiving is celebrated on the fourth Thursday in November. Both are national holidays, and both involve a whole lot of turkey and pumpkin pie. It’s a time where we can come together to celebrate our families, watch the family drama unfold, and give thanks for the bountiful harvest we’ve had this year. The biggest tradition must be the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Followed along by football and trying to avoid Aunt Nancy’s corn clam stuffing.
